I used to set goals for body, mind and home every week, and this year that habit fell by the wayside. Time to revive it!
I am starting a weekly goal posting habit on my blog, called Monday Goals.
I also write these goals in my bullet journal so I see them multiple times every day!
My goals for this week are:
Body: 5×30 (aka 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week, walking and dancing counts!)
Mind: Complete week 1 of Positive Psychology on Coursera
Home: finish decluttering my office and go to work there every day!
